GETTING STARTED WITH SPORTSENGINE

Before registering and to manage your players account and schedule, you will first need to create your own SportsEngine account if you don’t have one already.  Directions on how to create an account:  LINK  HERE

 

HOW TO FIND YOUR TEAM/SCHEDULE/CALENDAR SYNC

To find your schedule go to your team homepage.

1. Go to this link: https://www.lakevillenorthgba.org/

2. Click on your players program (In-House, Rec. League or Travel).

3. Scroll down to find your specific division/grade level/team name. 

4. You should then see the calendar icons like the included image for your players team.  Click on one of those calendars to sync with your personal calendar.

PARENT CONTACT INFORMATION/TEAM ACCESS

In SportsEngine, ONLY the parent who completed the registration is linked to the player.  The other parent must be added as a Guardian in order to view the player's team, schedule, chat, etc.  Please ensure that both parents are tied to the player account by adding the parents as Guardians when necessary.

 
HOW TO ADD GUARDIANS TO PLAYERS/SUB PROFILES
  1. Click on the Household tab of your dashboard.
  2. Click on a player sub profile.
  3. On the right side, click the plus sign (+) to add a Guardian.
  4. Input the Guardian’s email address to invite them.
  5. Toggle which player’s profile(s) this Guardian should be added to.
  6. Click Send Invitation.
  7. The added Guardian will get an email and will need to click accept.

ACCOUNT DASHBOARD

Your SportsEngine “Account Dashboard” is your one-stop shop for all things regarding your own personal SportsEngine account information.  From your dashboard you can:

  • View upcoming Events
  • View players in your Household
  • See teams your players are rostered on
  • Explore registration information
  • Update your communications settings, and more.

**NOTE: All the instructions below are for the desktop version of SportsEngine not the app.

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR USER DASHBOARD
  1. Sign in to your SportsEngine Account.
  2. In the top-right corner of the screen, click on your initials or account photo.
  3. Under your name, choose My SportsEngine.

SETTINGS

The Settings tab in your Account Dashboard allows you to update your SportsEngine profile settings.  Here is where you can update your password, change your login email address, update your notifications, unsubscribe from certain messages, and receive text messages.

HOW TO UPDATE YOUR COMMUNICATIONS SETTINGS
  1. From your Account Dashboard, select the Settings tab.
  2. Under the word Account towards the top of the screen, click the Communications Preferences tab.
  3. Check the boxes next to your email address or phone number to start or stop receiving communication for a particular organization.

TEAMS

The Teams tab in your Account Dashboard will show you all of the SportsEngine teams your player sub profiles are rostered on.  From here you can view team information and update notification reminders.

HOW TO VIEW TEAM INFORMATION
  1. From your Account Dashboard click on the Teams tab on the left menu.
  2. On the right side of the screen, click View Team.
  3. Here is where you see the team schedule, the roster, and any chats that occur.

DOWNLOAD THE SPORTSENGINE APP

The SE app keeps your team up to date with schedules, includes team chat, rosters, send RSVPs and even share photos!  It's free for teams, coaches, and families when your club, league, or association is on SportsEngine.
